  WHAT A JOKE apart from the service provided by cindy witch was amasing
  this company is a complete joke. was told to expect my return in 14 days from the 7th of july still waiting toda 05-08-16. when i call to ask what the hold up is i basicly get told from the front desk lady in a rude polite manner to basicly piss off and wait. after calling the ato i discovered my return was released to h and r on the 28 of the 7th 2016 and im still waiting for my return. this is the 4th year in a row that i have been forced to wait rediculase amounts of time for my refund... will not be using this place ever again nor will i ever recomend this place to another person
