  It is disappointing to receive such a review, particularly, as I view it as a rather unrealistic interpretation of events.
  Wayne Phipps Smash Repairs guarantee all of the work performed and will ALWAYS address an issue bought to our attention.
  
  The tailgate lock was not available in the country only in Japan. The owner did bring to our attention the problem with the lock after the repair. It was missed because there was no key available. The original lock seems to have been replaced at some time as none of the keys fitted it. Replacement was necessary when supplied. You can't fit what you don't have. She had to return for fitment.
  She returned to complain about fender liner falling off, blaming lack of clips and incorrect installation. The fender had obvious damage, causing the liner clips to displace, but with some people, it is not worth arguing with. We replaced it anyway to save arguments with an unreasonable customer who thinks that after an accident repair, we are responsible for everything wrong with their vehicle.
  
  Yes, without question, there was an issue with some paint on the roof and we still are more than happy to fix it as were were authorised by the insurer to do so after talking to them about it. Because everything for Miss Bethamy was such a drama and it was never convenient to have it repaired, the arrangement was for HER to contact us when it WAS convenient which has never happened.
  I have no idea about the trims, so I can't comment. Perhaps they have been knocked or maybe the clips are loose.
  
  To this day, one phone call could have resolved her issue.
  
  A loan vehicle for her while we do this is out of the question as the free hire car arranged for her by myself during the initial repair had the rear seat urinated on by a dog. The hire car company was not impressed with the returned condition of the car.

  We try to please all of the people all of the time, I guess sometimes you can't.
  As far as being difficult and unpleasant is concerned, I think that is an extraordinary claim. We are always wanting to please even the most difficult and unreasonable customers. My staff are incredibly professional and pleasant and that is why we have hundreds of letters praising them.
  The option for Miss Bethany to return for the required paint work is still open, when it is convenient for her. The file is still open on my desk.
